Inevitably when discussing legalization, we often bring up what legalization really means. It's paired with all sorts of definitions. We're going to look at restrictions or lack thereof in terms of legalization.

That is, should restrictions be applied in terms of when/where/how drugs should be used? Should certain restrictions only apply to certain drugs? And if so, what restrictions to all or certain drugs should be applied?
